We are delighted to announce the opening of LexCounsel’s office at Bhubaneswar, Odisha and are also pleased to
welcome Abhijeet Das as Partner and Head of Odisha office. Abhijeet has over 10 years of experience working with
leading law firms at New Delhi, a majority of which time he had spent with us. His primary areas of expertise are in
Corporate Commercial Advisory, Mergers & Acquisitions, Life Sciences & Healthcare and Dispute Resolution.
Abhijeet’s corporate practice has seen him advising a broad spectrum of domestic and multinational clients on issues pertaining to statutory registrations, exchange control issues, cross border transactions, investment structuring and corporate governance. Abhijeet deals with litigation strategies and management and also advises on laws and regulations in life sciences and healthcare sphere. Being fully aware of his abilities, we are confident in entrusting this responsibility upon him and thus initiating the process of expanding our footprint.
