We, at LexCounsel, endeavor to create informal multi-disciplinary work teams and offer challenging and creative assignments to our lawyers to give them a platform to learn, grow and meet the finer global standards of the legal services industry.

We encourage new ideas and initiatives from our lawyers geared towards addressing the needs of our clients and providing prompt services exceeding generally accepted standards of quality and cost-efficiency.

Please note that all candidates within 0 to 5 years of PQE must have CGPA/SGPA/FGPA score of 85% or above. Registration with the Bar Council is mandatory for each candidate (except those who have qualified in the same year, and are appearing in the next All India Bar Examination).   

Internships are also given in consideration of the above score, and each intern must apply to us at least 2 months prior to the expected date of commencement of internship. 

In addition, we prefer applicants having substantial legal knowledge, analytical mind, excellent written, oral language and public communication skills, commitment to work, team spirit and a zeal to grow in the professional environment.
